IFIA MEMBER ACTIVITY IN ROMANIA: CADET INOVA’19 , THE 4th EDITION

The 4th edition of the International Salon of Innovation and Student Research – Cadet INOVA’19 took place on April 11-13, at the “Nicolae Balcescu” Land Forces Academy in Sibiu. Attending the event were 61 inventions, innovations and scientific research from 84 participants from 21 educational institutions and research institutions in Korea, Malaysia, Moldova, Romania, Taiwan and USA.

“Cadet INOVA” is an event promoted by the Cadets Corps “Nicolae USCOI” and the “Nicolae Balcescu” Land Forces Academy in Sibiu, under the High Patronage of the Romanian Inventors Forum which is international federation of inventors associations (  IFIA ) member from Romania , in order to support innovation and scientific research at national level and internationally in the view of young researchers (students, master students, doctoral students, doctors and researchers aged 35 years or more).

Inventions, innovations and scientific research included in the competition are integrated into current research directions, such as: Security, protection, rescue – anti-terrorism, disasters and accidents; Land, sea and air transport; Information technology and informatics; Graphic Art and Architecture; Medicine and human factors, as well as other areas.

There were offered 5 Mentions, 5 Bronze medals, 5 Silver medals and 5 Gold medals, next to several Special Awards.
