IFIA Bulletin 1968

In IFIA Bulletin, Mr. A. W. Richardson mainly focuses on the objects of IFIA that is to obtain recognition as official observers at the Geneva meetings of BIRPI. IFIA was accepted and invited by BIRPI to participate in their meetings related to patents and inventions.
