IFIA President’s New Year Message 2016

Dear IFIA Members,
Dear All Inventors,

As the new year dawns, we should remind ourselves that IFIA is an assembly of national associations who have contributed not only to promote the culture of invention and innovation, but helped build a technologically advanced country for future generations. We have come to the end of an eventful, successful and also very challenging year. Let me extend the most innovative wishes for the year to come.

IFIA is built on the belief that convening inventors under a single organization can prosper the world. Therefore, we must enhance the fraternity between member associations and exchange innovative knowledge more than ever.

We must be ever mindful of the responsibility we have to contribute to the welfare of society, to come up with cutting-edge solutions toward the existing ecological problems, and to eradicate poverty by innovation.

2015 was a year of rehabilitation and invigoration since we managed to renovate the previous relations with several international organizations and admit new members or reactive the old members. Let’s call 2016 “the year of commercialization” and put forth extra efforts to strengthen our relationship with the related organizations to market the innovative ideas.

IFIA’s New Year gift for the members is a mobile and tablet application in two platforms of IOS and Android specifically designed to make the information about IFIA easily accessible for all of the members. It also has some other function which will be added to it very soon.

I would humbly seek your full cooperation and whole-hearted support for the reinvigoration of IFIA.
