International Warsaw Inventions show (IWIS) organized by Association of the Polish Inventors
International Warsaw Inventions show (IWIS) organized by Association of the Polish Inventors and Rationalizers is one of the biggest invention and technical solution Exhibitions in Europe enjoying the patronage of the highest authorities in country namely President of the republic of Poland, Ministry of Science and Higher Education and Ministry of Economy.
During the last editions, IWIS was attended by the representatives from lots of Asian, African, American and European countries such as: Saudi Arabia, Croatia, Egypt, Iran, Canada, Malaysia, Korea, Romania and United Kingdom. Last year polish and international inventors presented more than 400 inventions. These solutions provide an overview of technical developments, some of which are used in practice. Each year, the International Warsaw Invention Show is accompanied by lectures and seminars on intellectual property rights and granting of patents.

- Enabling inventors to establish contacts with prospective investors.
- Showing international achievements in the field of invention and shaping a positive image of polish science
- Developing innovative attitudes, especially among youth.
The International Inventors’ Day
The International Inventors’ Day will be held concurrent with International Warsaw Invention show- IWIS 2019 to raise awareness about the role of inventors in our daily lives, and to celebrate the contribution made by the inventors to the development of science, technology and societies across the globe.
