Two Members from Ukraine & Serbia Join IFIA
During IFIA 19th Virtual Executive Committee meeting, organized on 07 July 2018, two newly-received membership requests from Ukraine and Serbia were examined and gained the majority of positive votes.
National Development and Innovation Foundation from Ukraine was admitted as IFIA’s full member. Established in 2013, NDI Foundation is an active association undertaking several projects to empower inventors and promote innovation. This foundation has excellent relations with the governmental agencies in Ukraine which can further encourage the dissemination of innovation.
NDI Foundation aims to create infrastructure for entrepreneurship, technological innovation and research companies in key sectors of the economy; develop Knowledge in the market for new technologies and participate in support of Ukraine’s transition to a technological economy; and protect the rights and interests of the Organization in Ukraine and abroad.
College of Professional Studies Belgrade Polytechnic was accepted as IFIA’s corresponding member. Through the bachelor, specialist and master degree study programs, lifelong learning, professional, scientific and research work in fields of technology and arts, the Belgrade Polytechnic aims to provide students with modern knowledge, skills and abilities that enable them to find their place in the labor market, contribute to the development of society and be competitive in a professional environment, both domestically and internationally.
