IFIA 30th Executive Committee meeting, Nuremberg, Nov 2019
IFIA Executive Committee meeting was organized on 01 November 2019 alongside iENA International Invention Fair, in Nuremberg, Germany from 10:00 to 12:00 AM.

Alireza Rastegar, IFIA President, summoned the members and thanked them for their participation in IFIA Executive Committee meeting.
- IFIA Activity Report 2019
IFIA President provided IFIA Activity report 2019 which gained the approval of the members.
- IFIA Financial Report 2019
Mr. Hossein Vaezi Ashtiani, IFIA Treasurer provided a report on IFIA Finance which was approved by the participating members.
- Review of Membership Requests
• Review the new membership requests submitted to IFIA Secretariat by “Romanian Association for Alternative Technologies Sibiu” which gained the majority of votes and were admitted as IFIA corresponding members.
•Review the new membership requests submitted to IFIA Secretariat by “Organisation For Creativity, Innovation and Invention Promotion, Nigeria” which gained the majority of votes and was admitted as IFIA corresponding members.
•Review the new membership requests submitted to IFIA Secretariat by “Beijing Online Invention Technology Co., Ltd.” which was conditionally accepted, until receive the notice of establishment in the English version and after receiving documents they will be add to IFIA as corresponding members.
•Review the new membership requests submitted to IFIA Secretariat by “Linguistics Representations of Venezuela” which not received majority vote to become IFIA member.
- Proposal Related to Using New Framework for Judging Inventions of youth
Mr. Winfried Sturm, IFIA Youth Network Manager, presented the proposal relevant to support youth inventors to receiving award in international invention and innovation exhibition for encouraging youth inventors to continue their activity in the innovation and invention field.
6. Proposal for “Innovation Focusing on Making Peace Worldwide”
Mr. Hussein Hujic, IFIA Director, presented the proposal of Innovation Focusing on Making Peace Worldwide. He mentioned that how can IFIA have more responsibility for peace innovations that have deeper efficacy.
A majority of inventors, innovators and entrepreneurs are interested in getting involved to enter the global peacebuilding spaces.
IFIA as an international organization aiming to disseminate the culture of invention and innovation can play an important role in accelerating this process.
