Significance of early Youth Support
Importance for worldwide Peace and Tolerance

In my function as active As IFIA Youth Network Manager I see my commitment to motivate students for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) linked with the intention to strengthen the creativity and to open their mind for a peaceful cooperation worldwide.

The aim is to stimulate innovation among children and adolescents, sharpen their communication skills and raise awareness for the development of innovative ideas. It is of high importance to equip the world with highly trained scientists and engineers, detect the required innovative ideas and impulses, amplify and feed them into the creative minds of young thinkers and inventors.

The long experience as Leader of Student-High-Tech-Invention-Education-Association (HAG) assured me that grown up and young inventors are able to widely benefit from each other’s strong points. Kids, scholar, collegian have their own specific way of thinking driven by fantasy, curiosity and imagination which leads to unusual ideas, active imagination, independency and social competency.

In order to reach these goals I extend my assistance in every countries where I participated at IFIA supported invention fairs. With patronage of IFIA and endorsement of German Embassy it will be possible to visit schools and universities offering my over 40-years STEM-experience as an up to now engaged teacher and an international Ambassador of Science and Education.

Not only every national invention association should realize the importance of inborn creativity and center on its continuous enhancement. But also national corporations should realize these goals like seen by South-Korean company Glamy Co. Ltd. at “Archimedes-Salon 2019” in Moscow.

Since I met Glamy- Chairman Mr. Jong-Hyun Nam several times at KIPA– invention fairs “KIWIE” and “SIIF” in Seoul talking about necessary signification of youth assistance I was very pleased to notice his patronage for young Russian inventors realized by an own youth-challenge. As IFIA Youth Network Manager I was asked to join as Glamy jury member. In this way it was possible that a lot of Russian young inventors could experienced not only their outstanding participation but also the atmosphere of an international invention fair with more than 800 inventions of 35 countries.

The aim is to stimulate innovation among children and adolescents, sharpen their communication skills and raise awareness for the development of innovative ideas. It is of high importance to equip the world with highly trained scientists and engineers, detect the required innovative ideas and impulses, amplify and feed them into the creative minds of young thinkers and inventors.

Since the beginning of the DEV-KIT-Initiative (Creativity-Innovation-Technology), in particular for supporting young inventors in German Invention Association (DEV) I´m engaged to bear up youth worldwide as International Ambassador for STEM-Science and Education. One of the important reason to be successful in creativity forcing and youth support is an excellent cooperation with the head of German DEV-KIT-Memberbord Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Hans-Georg Torkel and the DEV-President Dipl.-Ing. Mr. Werner Ruppert.

Our special focus should be building bridges between worldwide nations and their youth to overcome barriers of different culture, religion and education because we have only one earth. So we have to share our world in a peaceful life to overcome the worldwide challenges.

To be successful for obtaining basic knowledge we require a brilliant schooling. Only who has knowledge don´t need believe. Without excellent education we can´t overcome barriers in our head, because we don´t understand each other! That´s why we have to open our eyes and hearts! Hearts haven´t windows only doors! We are responsible for what we do and also for that, what we ignore !

If we view our “blue planet” from outer space we will detect fascinating aspects: no boundaries between the countries and no walls between the nations.

Therefore one of the IFIA-goals must be to support the youth and I will engage myself to continue this in the future.
