About TITC
Tanzania Inventors and Techno-Thinkers Consortium (TITC) is a non-profit organization responsible for seeking bright inventive or innovative ideas that would be unfollowed and inspire their transformation into real products or useful technologies.
Objectives
- Inspiring innovative thinking and behavior.
- Acquiring and disseminating useful industrial technologies.
- Assisting in the development of innovative ideas.
- Teaching the principles of innovation.
- Encouraging young people to think in a creative and innovative way.
- Encouraging the industrial sector stakeholders to participate in the process of discovering and nurturing bright innovative ideas.

- Accumulating and maintaining an innovative ideas data bank.
- Researching and developing innovative ideas.
- Organizing innovation-oriented workshops and competitions in primary and secondary schools.
- Creating a network between the research institutes and idea owners to inspire the share of resources and expertise.
- Participation of members of the TITC at the various international exhibitions of inventions and technological innovations events.
Future Projects
- Building and equipping an innovative workshop
- Organizing permanent clubs of innovative enthusiasts at schools to take part and compete in inventive and innovative projects, assignments, and ventures
- Implementing the second phase of the “Invent for the disable” project in collaboration with the Tanzania Economic and Development for Disabled Community
- Initiating a Tanzania young innovation prize for students
- Writing and publishing motivational resource materials for Tanzanian inventors and innovators
- Seeking international collaboration
- Translating and distributing invention and innovation related publications into Swahili language
