Young Entrepreneurs and Leaders Empowerment Initiative “YELEM INITIATIVE” aims to empower youths with business grants and skill acquisition trainings by promoting mentor- mentee relationship both in business and civic. YELEM INITIATIVE projects young entrepreneurs for easy contacts with investors and clients and fosters invention and innovation by organizing invention fairs to showcase inventions.

We envision a world where inventors/innovators are better equipped, more empowered and better prepared for entrepreneurship and Leadership towards improving personal and worldwide productivity level. Also we effort to promotes the culture of innovation and invention worldwide. 

Director: Mr. Kehinde Hazib Adebiyi is tasked with financial, strategic, management operations of YELEM INITIATIVE. He ensures that YELEM INITIATIVE fulfills it’s mission. He was a manager at LEAD PARTNERSHIP and he serves as a board member of many organizations. He has a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.

Executive General Secretary:  Mr. Kolawole Oludare Oguntoyinbo is the Executive General Secretary at YELEM INITIATIVE. He has a Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B) and a Master’s degree in law (LL.M). He is an Intellectual Property Lawyer.

Project Manager: Mr. Jordan Gross is the project manager at YELEM INITIATIVE. Jordan is an entrepreneur and writer. He graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Economics in 2016, and then received a Masters in Management from the Kellogg School of Management. He was a project Manager at Center for Independent Futures. He has founded and worked with multiple startups, and he is the author of Getting COMFY: Your Morning Guide to Daily Happiness.
