Fida Abu Libdeh was born in Palestine (Jerusalem) but moved to Iceland when she was 16 years old. She finished her Bachelor Degree in the summer of 2012. Shortly after the graduation, she founded the company GeoSilica Iceland with her fellow student and current colleague, Burkni Pálsson. GeoSilica produces and develops high quality silica, which is concentrated from Icelandic’s geothermal water. Apart from being GeoSilica’s CEO, she recently graduated with an MBA degree from Reykjavik University. She has three girls and supportive husband.
Her product is High quality Natural Geothermal Colloidal Silica Supplements from Iceland. It is a high quality geothermal colloidal silica supplement concentrated from the high temperature geothermal reservoirs of Iceland. The supplement contains extremely small particles of mineral silica that make it easier for the body to absorb and process. Silica is an essential trace mineral containing silicon elements. Silicon enables the body to produce stronger connective tissue which can result in better skin health, stronger and more elastic veins and arteries, and less brittle and stronger nails and hair. Silica supplement strengthens the skin, making it firmer and more beautiful. Research has shown that silica supplement can therefore minimize wrinkles and even repair skin-damages.
It is also important for the growth and regeneration of bones as it can make newly formed bone tissue more receptive for other minerals such as calcium. Studies have shown that extra silica consumption can be preventive for osteoporosis.
Note: Studies have revealed that the human body’s ability to extract silica from food decreases with age therefore it is recommended to be taken as food supplement. www.geosilica.com, email: email@example.com
Gunnhildur Arnarsdottir has dedicated her whole work life in field of human resource (HR). Through all of her career her main focus has been on people, as she feels that every individual can and should grow. She found out early on as a HR manager, that she lacked real time information about human resource to keep her CEO posted. Like the CFO of the company, could put a number on financial health of the company, she wanted to be able to measure the health and performance of her employees, managers etc. This is the beginning of HR monitor, the tool that CEO HUXUN is using to measure monthly performance.
Gunnhildur wanted to change HR management everywhere in the world, and created a design software HR Monitor. HR-M makes it possible to connect HR measurement to Core business measurement like financial and production members of all divisions of the company. This is her way to help managers and employers to grow. The concept of CEO Huxun is to offer managers monthly performance management tool – Human Recourse Monitor (HR-M) so they can move their company from average/good to great. HR-M is for those who use facts for management purposes. Up to date the measurement is performed manually with over 40 local companies in Iceland. But the project that the company is working on is to design a software for “HR Monitor”. www.ceohuxun.is, email: firstname.lastname@example.org
