About Exhibition
The Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions benefits from the most extensive support and privileges that can be granted to an exhibition. It is under the patronage of the Swiss Federal Government, the State, the City of Geneva and of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). This support testifies to the usefulness and quality of the event, now acknowledged as the most important exhibition of inventions anywhere today. The Geneva Exhibition is host to : 700 exhibitors, different each year and coming from 40 countries – 1‘000 inventions presented by scientific, technical, industrial and commercial institutions, universities, research centers, industrial and commercial companies and organizations, hoping to win the prestigious prizes (like Gold, Silver and Bronze medals, the Grand Prix of the Exhibitions, the WIPO prize, the IFIA prize and special prizes from other countries), as well as for the industrialization and commercialization of their innovations on an international level.
