IFIA, ABIPIR and the University of Vila Velha Support Innovative Entrepreneurship in the State of Espirito Santo, Brazil in the Centelha Program
The International Federation of Inventors’ Association – IFIA and Brazil International Innovative Inventors, Scientists and Entrepreneurs Association – ABIPIR supported the Centelha Program, which focuses on supporting the creation of new innovative businesses to expand and improve Brazil’s Innovation Ecosystem.
In the State of Espírito Santo, the largest initiative in support of the program was coordinated by the University of Vila Velha – UVV, one of the icons of the higher education, research and innovation sector in Brazil.
Professor Doctor Alessandro Coutinho Ramos, Director of Research and Graduate Studies at UVV coordinated the series of preparatory workshops offered to the institution’s students.
IFIA/ABIPIR contributed by the endorsement of the initiative through the application of ideation workshops for hundreds of students that were carried out synchronously and also made available for viewing through access to the Youtube channel.

The ideation workshops – the first phase of the innovation process – which are made up of approaching the knowledge of the target audience, identifying and validating their challenges, and unlocking creativity to create innovative solutions for them and their subsequent validation, were given by the Director of IFIA in Latin America and President of ABIPIR, Professor Dr. Marcelo Vivacqua.
More than 600 students and professors have participated in person in the launching of the program as is possible to be seen in the video attached to this news and other thousands remotely by Internet access.
IFIA and ABIPIR continue to pursue their mission established by President Mr. Alireza Rastegar, which is to support, encourage, disseminate and disseminate entrepreneurship and innovation actions that encourage Inventors, Scientists and Entrepreneurs to develop innovative solutions to solve global challenges that make the world a healthier, more sustainable and comfortable place for all people, regardless of social class or economic situation.
